RESUMEN:
El contenido del artículo aborda algunas ideas en torno a la problemática de la diversidad sociocultural en la escuela y el renovado desafío de enseñar hoy. Se contextualiza y presenta una experiencia institucional de desarrollo profesional docente, realizada en el ámbito de una oferta de postítulo, para profesores de Educación Inicial y Primaria.

ABSTRACT:
The article deals with some of the ideas related to sociocultural diversity at school and the renewed challenge of teaching today. Its background and main topic is an instituctional experience of teaching professionals' development, carried out during a post-graduate course for Kindergarten and Primary School teachers taught at our institution.
